How to hook up audio/video/sound with the auditorium LCD projector.
Pick up the following items from the Library:
LCD remote
Audio Cable
VGA Cable if using a computer or a Video cable if using a DVD/VHS player
LCD projector remote.Select either Computer 1or Video (DVD/VHS player).
Sound cable. One end goes in the sound equipment and the other end intoyour player.
VGA cable to connect computer to system
Video cable to use with a DVD/VHS player.
Two important switches.
Stage light switch. On wall backing up to Choir room. Door to the right goes to the hallway.
Black switch to lower the screen.
LCD Projector
Press the power button on the upper left side of the remote to turn on the ceiling LCD projector. The light will turn from red (off position) to green.
Connecting to LCD projector
Top - connect VGA cable (Computer) Lower - connect video cable (DVD or VHS player).
Hookup just inside the sage on the right (if you are facing the stage from the seating area) near pull cord for drapes.
Setting up Sound - Our Sound System has two pieces of equipment which must be used.
Sound Board
This Sound Board is portable. The red on/off switch is on the front panel at the bottom.
The two slide controls to the left of the red slide bars adjust the sound volume up/down. These two controls are labeled iPod.
Stationary Sound Box on side stage next to hallway.
Plug the Audio Cord into the front where you see the iPod label. The other end of the Audio Cord should be plugged into the Computer (headphone jack) or the DVD/VHS player.The power switch is on the upper right side of the front panel.
